Rachel Noble Mnzm

Rachel Noble MNZM is an accomplished leader in disability strategy and advocacy, currently serving as the Head of Disability Strategy at Te Whatu Ora Health New Zealand. Rachel has significant experience in the health sector, having held the position of General Manager Disability at Capital & Coast District Health Board. Rachel also served as CEO for both the Disabled Persons Assembly NZ and Deaf Aotearoa, demonstrating a strong commitment to improving the lives of individuals with disabilities. In addition to extensive professional experience, Rachel's educational background includes studies at the University of Otago and The University of Auckland.
