The Project Management and Coordination Team at Health New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora is responsible for overseeing and coordinating a diverse range of health-related projects across local, district, regional, and national levels. The team ensures the successful execution of initiatives in areas such as hospital and specialist services, public health, mental health wellbeing, cyber security, and logistics. By managing these projects, the team aims to improve health services and outcomes in partnership with Te Aka Whai Ora - Māori Health Authority.
