Nadira Ibrahim

Nadira Ibrahim is a Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in primary care and urgent care settings. Currently employed at Health Partners of Western Ohio since September 2021, Nadira focuses on providing primary care to underserved communities, diagnosing and treating both acute and chronic illnesses, and offering gynecological as well as mental health care through collaboration with behavioral health providers. Prior to this role, Nadira worked at Greater Toledo Urgent Cares LLC where urgent care services were delivered, including the diagnosis and treatment of acute illnesses and performing diagnostic procedures. Nadira's nursing career began at Mount Carmel Health System, where various roles included staff registered nurse in the emergency room, surgical stepdown, and medical-surgical units. Education includes a Master’s degree in Family Practice Nursing from Mount Carmel College of Nursing and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from The Ohio State University.
