Pat Oxholm

Pat Oxholm has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. They started their career at Humana in 2007 as a Project Analyst and later transitioned into the role of Product Manager. They also held the position of Project Manager in the Consulting Practice, where they provided strategic guidance and process improvement recommendations to different departments within the company. Oxholm then became a Strategic Consultant and was responsible for the successful launch of two MSO partners in North Carolina. They also worked as the Director of Provider Engagement, where they collaborated with healthcare providers to improve population health management. In 2019, Oxholm joined Ascension as the Senior Director of Medicare Advantage Deployment and later became the Associate Vice President of Government Programs. Currently, they are Chief Development Officer at Health Partners Plans.

Pat Oxholm attended UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a BSBA degree with a focus in Business.
