Sheila C. O'Connor

Sheila C. O'Connor, RN, MBA, CPC, currently serves as the Clinical Delegated Vendor Oversight Manager at Health Partners Plans since March 2018. Previously, Sheila held positions in Health Information Management at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals from February 2015 to March 2018 and managed various roles in informatics and research nursing at Independence Blue Cross from August 1996 to January 2015. Earlier in their career, Sheila worked as a Registered Nurse in the ISICU and medical-surgical units at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals from June 1991 to August 1996. Sheila holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Thomas Jefferson University and a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Administration from the University of Phoenix.
