Brian Marsella

Brian Marsella is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the healthcare and insurance sectors. Currently serving as President at PayMedix, Health Payment Systems, Inc., and BPM Advisory Services since August 2022, Brian specializes in enhancing value propositions within the healthcare ecosystem and connecting key market players. Previous roles include President of the Midwest Health Plan at Cigna from August 2019 to April 2022, where strategic relationships were fostered to improve community health. Earlier experience includes partnership at Mercer, leadership positions at Aetna, and a long tenure at Cigna, culminating in overseeing major business lines as Vice President of OneCIGNA. Brian holds an MBA in Marketing and International Business from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Economics and Political Science from the College of the Holy Cross.
