Shawna Dandridge

Shawna Dandridge serves as the Chief Program and Strategy Officer at Health Plan Alliance since April 2024, previously holding the position of Vice President of Program Services. From September 2023 to September 2024, Shawna was a member of the Chief organization. Shawna's expertise in healthcare administration includes experience as Chief Operating Officer and Chief of Staff & Operations at Community Behavioral Health from January 2021 to January 2024, as well as roles including Policy and Strategy Manager at PolicyLab at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and Special Assistant to the Chief Medical Officer at Community Behavioral Health. Additional experience includes working as Family Specialist at the Treatment Research Institute and an Independent Consultant for RAND Corporation. Shawna achieved a Master's degree from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and directed programs at CATCH Inc from May 2010 to August 2013.
