Brandy Armenta Mpa

Brandy Armenta, MPA, has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Brandy is currently the Director of Compliance at Health Plan of San Mateo (HPSM), where they previously served as the Compliance Program Manager. Brandy also runs their own consulting firm, Brandy Armenta Consulting, as a Compliance Consultant. Prior to these roles, they held the position of Chief Compliance Officer at Gold Coast Health Plan for almost a decade, where they managed relationships with regulatory attorneys and ensured compliance with federal and state regulations. Brandy's earlier experience includes overseeing regulatory audits and liaising with regulatory agencies at CenCal Health, as well as working as a Certified Pharmacy Technician at Cottage Health and Sansum Clinic.

Brandy Armenta, MPA, holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from California State University, Northridge. Brandy pursued their Master's degree from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Sociology at California State University, Northridge, from 2001 to 2003. Additionally, they obtained certification as a Pharmacy Technician from the California State Board of Pharmacy in March 2001.
