Kaylee Knowles

Kaylee Knowles is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in program management and value-based care. Currently serving as a Program Manager for Value-Based Care at Health Plan of San Mateo since 2024, Kaylee previously held the role of Program and Partnerships Manager at West Health from 2021 to 2024. Kaylee's background includes research work as a Research Assistant at The London School of Economics and Political Science, focusing on social care integration and pharmaceutical approval comparisons between the EU and USA. Prior experience includes mentoring at Wedu Global, care management at Sea Mar Community Health Centers, and health education program implementation with the Foundation for International Medical Relief of Children. Kaylee holds a Master of Science in International Health Policy from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Community Health from Western Washington University.
