Kelly Douglas has a diverse work experience spanning various organizations and roles. Kelly is currently the Chief Development Officer at Health Poverty Action USA since March 2022. Previously, they served as the Head of Fundraising at Health Poverty Action from 2019.

Kelly also pursued further education at The London School of Economics and Political Science, where they completed an MSc in Psychological and Behavioural Science in 2018.

Kelly also gained retail experience working as a Retail Sales Consultant at Ecco Salon from 2008 to 2013 and as a Team Leader at Aveda from 2006 to 2008. Kelly was recognized for their impressive sales, customer service, and leadership abilities in the latter position.

Kelly Douglas attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1997 to 2001, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. During this time, they studied Psychology and Women's Studies. Kelly later pursued further education at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2017 to 2018, where they obtained a Master's degree. The field of study for their Master's degree is not specified.
