Ricardo De Vecchi Galindo is an accomplished professional in infrastructure and sustainable development, currently serving as Head of Green Infrastructure Advisory and Fundraising as well as Head of Public Private Partnerships at IDB Invest since June 2017. With prior experience at the Inter-American Development Bank from September 2008 to May 2017, Ricardo coordinated initiatives for urban sustainability in medium-sized Latin American cities and managed significant grants to bolster private investment in Mexico's infrastructure sector. Earlier roles include Vice President at CG/LA Infrastructure, where Ricardo oversaw risk assessments for major projects across Latin America, and Third Secretary for the Mexican Foreign Service. Ricardo holds a Master of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University, a Master's in Diplomatic Studies from Instituto Matias Romero, and a Bachelor's in International Business from Tecnológico de Monterrey, along with a Corporate Finance Certificate from Georgetown University.
