Matt Stautberg

Matt Stautberg is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience across various industries, currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Health Recovery Solutions since April 2024. Previously, Stautberg held the CFO position at Burtch Works, where a successful transformation of the company into a Data & Analytics talent solutions consultancy was achieved. At Modivcare, Stautberg led finance and accounting for the Modivcare Home division, and earlier at VRI, all financial operations for a remote patient monitoring business were directed prior to its acquisition by Modivcare. Stautberg’s notable tenure at Macy's spanned over 13 years, culminating in the role of SVP of Corporate Planning & Treasurer, managing financial strategies for a $26 billion company. Stautberg’s career also includes positions in venture capital, investor relations, and investment banking, underpinned by an MBA from Duke University and a BA in Economics from Boston College.
