Kayla Cardona

Kayla Cardona has extensive experience in eligibility determination and administrative roles. Currently serving as a Senior Eligibility Determination Specialist at Health Research, Inc. since March 2017, Kayla has progressed through various positions within the organization, starting as an Eligibility Determination Specialist. Prior experience includes roles at Albany City Hall as a Clerk Typist and in retail management at PANDORA A/S and GNC. Kayla began a career in customer service and retail at Lacoste, Fossil, and PetSmart. Educationally, Kayla obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University at Albany and continues studies at the same institution.
