Katie Sellers

Katie Sellers is an experienced public health professional currently serving as the Senior Advisor for Strategy and Innovation at the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSAgov) since July 2021. Previously, Katie held leadership roles at the de Beaumont Foundation, first as Executive Vice President and then as Vice President for Impact. Katie’s expertise also includes serving as Senior Vice President for Science and Strategy at March of Dimes, where responsibilities involved leading initiatives aimed at improving birth outcomes and equity. In addition, Katie worked as Chief Science and Strategy Officer at the Association of State and Territorial Health Officials (ASTHO), overseeing public health research, evaluation, and workforce development. Earlier in Katie's career, as Research Manager at the Louisiana Public Health Institute, strategic evaluations of tobacco and obesity prevention programs were conducted. Katie holds a Doctorate in Public Health and a Master's in Maternal and Child Health and Epidemiology, both from Tulane University.
