Erika Sturm

Erika Sturm is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in budget management and grant compliance. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Budgets & Contracts at Health Resources in Action since January 2023, Erika has held various leadership roles, including Grant Compliance Director and Grant Finance Director at City Year from October 2019 to January 2023. Erika's career includes a significant sabbatical for world exploration, as well as positions at the Clinton Health Access Initiative, Inc., where roles included Senior Finance Manager for Access Programs, and Director of Finance and Human Resources at OpenBiome. A graduate of the Questrom School of Business at Boston University with an MBA in International Management, Erika also holds a BS in Business Administration and Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
