Amanda Hopkins is a seasoned professional in Human Resources and systems management, currently serving as the Manager of Systems, Supports & Services at the Health Sciences Association of Alberta since October 2019. Prior to this role, Amanda spent over seven years with the Government of Alberta, progressing from an Executive Assistant to Functional Data Lead for Human Capital Management, where responsibilities included leading HR data management initiatives. Amanda also contributed as a Subject Matter Expert on the Corporate Services ERP Transformation project, focusing on integrated service delivery. With a solid foundation in HR systems and analytics management, Amanda's earlier experience includes positions such as HR Issues Advisor and HR Assistant at the Government of the Northwest Territories. Academically, Amanda holds a Bachelor of Management in Human Resource Management & Labor Relations from The University of Lethbridge and a Diploma in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from SAIT.
