Aliana Dayrit

Aliana Dayrit, BSW RSW, is a seasoned professional in the field of social work and policy analysis, currently serving as a Senior Policy and Program Analyst within the Crime Prevention Unit of the Government of Manitoba's Department of Justice since May 2023. Previously, Aliana held roles as a Senior Policy Analyst in the Department of Families and a Junior Policy Analyst in the Department of Finance. Additionally, Aliana has been a Social Worker at the Health Sciences Centre since December 2020 and has gained diverse experience through various positions, including Confidential Intake and Triage Specialist at the University of Manitoba’s Student Counselling Centre and Intake Assessment Worker at All Nations Coordinated Response Network Child and Family Services. Aliana's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Social Work and ongoing studies towards a Master's degree in Public Administration at the University of Manitoba.
