Adriana Bratu

Adriana Bratu is an experienced IT leader currently serving as the Director of IT at Health Services For Children With Special Needs since November 2021, where oversight of the technology team and digital transformation strategy is a primary focus. Prior to this role, Adriana was the Senior IT Program Director at DC Health Benefits Exchange, advising on strategic engagements to enhance end user experiences. Adriana's extensive background includes program management and user experience design positions at major organizations including JPMorgan, AOL, and QuadraMed, where responsibilities encompassed product vision, usability enhancements, and cross-functional team leadership. Adriana holds a BA in Liberal Arts from Bowdoin College and an MFA in Design from UCLA.
