Chris Diaz

Chris Diaz is an experienced information services professional with a strong background in healthcare technology and management. Currently serving as the Director of Information Services at Health Share of Oregon since May 2022, Chris has previously held leadership roles such as Director of IS Portfolio Management at CareOregon and Engagement Director at Pivot Point Consulting. With over two decades of experience, Chris has also held positions at FamilyCare Health Plans, Sharp HealthCare, and Providence Health & Services, where responsibilities included strategic consulting, program management, and project oversight. Chris holds a Graduate Certificate in Healthcare Management from Oregon Health & Science University and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Louisiana Tech University.
