Jeremy Koehler

Jeremy Koehler is the Director of Integrated Services at Health Share of Oregon. Jeremy has over fifteen years of experience in the healthcare industry, including management positions at Cascadia Behavioral Healthcare and FamilyCare Health.

At Cascadia, Jeremy oversaw street outreach and transitional housing programs for homeless individuals in downtown Portland. Jeremy also managed funding and grants for homeless services from various sources, including Federal, County, City, and Medicaid. Jeremy coordinated with community partners to provide wraparound services for clients and helped to develop a coordinated care model for homeless individuals in Multnomah County.

At FamilyCare, Jeremy was a senior manager on the compliance team. Jeremy ensured the program integrity of FamilyCare's internal operations, contracts, and delegated entity partners. Jeremy also served as a liaison to the Oregon Health Authority, representing the CCO on OHA workgroups, rules advisory committees, and legislative task forces. In addition, Jeremy supervised FamilyCare's Appeals & Grievances team for both Medicaid and Medicare. Jeremy also oversaw contract management for multiple areas, including non-emergent medical transportation.

Jeremy has a deep commitment to social justice and improving access to quality healthcare for all. Jeremy has dedicated their career to working with underserved populations and advocating for policies that will improve the lives of those they serve.

Jeremy Koehler has a Master's degree in Psychology from Lewis & Clark College and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Western Washington University.
