Anthony Shaw has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Anthony began their career at Railtrack, where they held various positions and gained promotions. Anthony then worked at Kerridge Commercial Systems as an IT Installation Engineer before joining West Kent College of Further Education as an IT Network Technician. Following this, they worked at Focus DIY, starting as a PC & Network Support Analyst and progressing to Senior PC & Network Support Analyst and eventually becoming the PC & Network Support Manager.
After Focus DIY, Shaw joined Allocate Software as a Service Desk Lead, where they provided desktop and network support for the software development team and support staff across multiple regions. Anthony was responsible for centralizing IT technology and support for acquisitions and expansions into new territories.
Next, they worked at Radius Payment Solutions Limited as an IT Support Manager, managing a globally dispersed team of infrastructure support analysts and service desk analysts. Anthony oversaw IT support for external companies and was in charge of incident, problem, and change management processes.
Shaw then joined Bestway Retail as an IT Service Manager, responsible for people management, maintenance, and improvement of IT technology and systems used by the business. Anthony also managed performance for support and service improvement of third-party providers.
Currently, Shaw is working at Health Shield Friendly Society Ltd as an Information Technology Operations Manager.
From 1996 to 1998, Anthony Shaw attended Cheshire College - South & West where they pursued a BTEC HNC degree in Business and Finance.
