Jessica Russell

Jessica Russell has worked at Health Solutions since December 2015. Jessica started as a Director and held that position until January 2022. Following that, they were promoted to Vice President of Outpatient Services from December 2021 to April 2023. Currently, Jessica is serving as the Senior Vice President of Service Delivery & Innovation. Before joining Health Solutions, they worked at Spanish Peaks Behavioral Health as a Clinician from July 2012 to February 2014 and later became a Supervisor from February 2014 to December 2015.

Jessica Russell earned a Masters of Arts in Counseling and Human Services with a specialization in Community Counseling from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
