Previously, Carin has held roles such as Leading Practice Reviewer at Health Standards Organization, Accreditation Surveyor at Accreditation Canada, and Chief Operating Officer at the Government of British Columbia, Office of the Seniors Advocate. Carin has extensive experience in healthcare operations, strategic planning, and human resources management. With a background in Occupational Therapy and Health Studies, Carin has successfully led and overseen various healthcare programs and services throughout their career.
