Kristi Andrae, SHRM-CP

Kristi Andrae, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kristi began their career in 2001 as an Executive Assistant at Masterworks, where they worked until 2005. In 2006, Kristi joined Projector.com as an Administrative Coordinator. Kristi then moved on to Healthcare Informatics Associates, Inc. in 2007, where they served as the Orientation Manager/Executive Assistant until 2012. Since 2012, Kristi has been with Health Systems Informatics - HSi, initially as the Director of HR/Administrative Services, and currently as the Vice President of HSi Experience.

Kristi Andrae, SHRM-CP, has attended Southern Oregon University and Rogue Community College but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. In terms of certifications, they have obtained the following: Body Language for Leaders and Communicating with Confidence (both from LinkedIn) in January 2018, SHRM-CP from SHRM in July 2016, and Microsoft Office Specialist certifications in Word 2010 and Excel 2010 in June and May 2012, respectively.
