Liabo Molapo has extensive work experience in human resources management. They have held various roles in companies such as Health Systems Trust, MultiChoice Group, CARE, Cadbury plc., and Lesotho Highlands Development Corporation. Liabo's most recent position was Chief Human Resources Officer at Health Systems Trust starting in 2022. Prior to that, they served as the General Manager - Human Resources Manager (Acting) at MultiChoice Group, where they supported regional leadership in managing growth activities and organizational design. They also spearheaded various HR initiatives such as performance management, reward and recognition programs, and employee surveys. Before their role at MultiChoice Group, Liabo worked as HR Manager at CARE, where they developed and implemented HR strategies aligned with the NGO framework. They also managed recruitment, trained managers on staff induction, and coordinated the implementation of the CARE global performance management system. Liabo's experience also includes a brief role as a Business Partner at Cadbury plc. and a Senior Officer: Career Management at Lesotho Highlands Development Corporation.
Liabo Molapo completed a Master's degree in Business and Law from Bucerius Law School in 2007. Prior to that, in 2005, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Honors Industrial Psychology from the University of the Free State.
