Becky Parshall, RD, LD, has extensive experience in the field of dietetics and nutrition, currently serving as a Registered Dietitian at Lakeview Village, Inc. since May 2018 and as a Contract Dietitian for DiningRD | Health Technologies, Inc. since September 2018. Previous roles include Executive Director at the Kansas Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics from July 2019 to August 2022 and Office Manager at Lure Creative - MarketingXchange from February 2007 to November 2016. Early in their career, Becky worked as a Paralegal at DAVIS BETHUNE & JONES, LLC from September 1994 to February 2005. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from the University of Central Missouri, a Paralegal Certification from the Denver Paralegal Institute, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Kansas State University. Additionally, Becky completed the Gulf Coast Dietetic Internship from 2017 to 2018.
