Anastasia Chalkidou is an accomplished professional in health technology assessment with extensive experience in evaluating medical technologies. Currently serving as Co-Chair of the Medical Devices Interest Group at Health Technology Assessment International (HTAi) and Associate Director for Medical Technologies Evaluation at NICE, Anastasia has previously held senior roles at KiTEC, where responsibilities included leading research in health technology assessment and supporting NICE's evaluation programs. Anastasia's academic background includes a Master's in Academic Practice in Higher Education, a Ph.D. in Imaging Sciences and Biomedical Engineering, a Master's in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology, and an MBBS in Medicine, all from esteemed institutions such as King's College London and Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
