Ken Bond

Ken Bond has extensive experience in health technology assessment and program implementation, currently serving as Manager of Program Implementation for Mental Health and Addiction with the Government of Alberta since 2024. Bond holds the position of Director on the Board of Directors for Health Technology Assessment international (HTAi) since June 2023 and previously directed Health Technology Assessment and External Relationships at the Institute of Health Economics from June 2018 to November 2023. Other notable roles include Global Policy Forum Scientific Secretary at HTAi (2019-2020) and Director of Patient Engagement, Ethics and International Affairs at CADTH (2014-2018). Ken Bond's academic background includes a PhD in Health Care Ethics from Linköping University, an MA in Philosophy from the University of Alberta, and both a Bachelor of Education and a Bachelor of Arts Honours in Philosophy from Queen's University.
