Marcia Kavulich has extensive experience in strategic leadership and operational excellence within the healthcare industry. Currently serving as Chief of Staff to the Chief Revenue Officer at Health Union, Marcia focuses on team and talent development. Previously, as Executive Director of Client Success, Marcia led teams and fostered cross-functional collaboration. Marcia has also held roles as a Strategy Advisor for Internal Communications, shaping communication strategies and overseeing corporate responsibility efforts. Prior experience includes serving as a Research Project Manager at the Perelman School of Medicine, where Marcia managed clinical trial implementation and team coordination.
