Neile Grayson

Neile is Managing Director of Corporate Portfolio and Project Management at Health2047 Inc. An experienced biotech executive who has led multiple M&A efforts while directing corporate portfolios, she brings 25+ years of strategic planning, drug discovery and development, and management expertise to the Health2047 Inc team. Previously, Neile served as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Drug Development at Seattle-based KinDex Pharmaceuticals, Inc. During her tenure at KinDex, she led all clinical, nonclinical, Chemistry Manufacturing and Controls (CMC), and intellectual property development of the company’s product portfolio. Her experience also includes executive-level corporate development positions with Sonus Pharmaceuticals, NeoRx Corporation, and Mallinckrodt, Inc. Neile serves as a board member and advisor to several organizations, and was a fellow at the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases. She earned her PhD in Medicinal Chemistry from the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine and her B.S. in Chemistry from Randolph-Macon College.
