Serena Su

Serena Su has worked in a variety of roles since 2014. Serena began their career at Asia Art Center as an Exhibition Planning Specialist & E-commerce Website PM, where they planned and built an artwork auction information website ArtTrend from scratch and organized art exhibitions across different teams and art professionals. In 2018, they moved to AJA Creative Design as a Senior UX Designer, where they designed the MVP mobile website supporting key functionality, conducted interviews and competitor analysis to identify app's position, and planned workshops for ideation and product backlog prioritization. In 2021, they joined ASUS as a UX/UI Designer, where they designed features of a healthcare APP and built design guidelines, conducted user interviews, stakeholder interviews and questionnaire survey. Currently, they are a Senior Product Designer at Health2Sync, where they are conducting user research for product improvement and APP strategy, and building design guidelines for both Android/iOS APP.

Serena Su completed a Master of Science in Human Computer Interaction at UCL from 2017-2018. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Library and Information Science from National Taiwan University from 2009-2013.
