Zahoor Elahi

Zahoor is the COO of HEALTH[at]SCALE. Zahoor was previously Senior Vice President of Technology at Optum, United Health Group. In his roles at Optum he was focused on product innovation and use of transformative technologies to maximize client value in the changing healthcare ecosystem. Zahoor has scaled and grown business within and outside of large enterprises over his career. Zahoor holds a BS in Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and an MEng from Cornell University.
