Harsh Jadav, PMP, MBA, CSPO, is a seasoned manager with extensive experience in healthcare operations and project management. Currently serving as a Manager at HealthAxis Group since October 2020, Harsh leads a team of analysts focused on the fulfillment activities with vendors and the setup of medical claims payments and member materials. Prior to this role, Harsh worked as a Team Lead at Beacon Health Solutions, LLC, where responsibilities included managing fulfillment projects for the Annual Enrollment Period and new client implementations. Earlier positions include serving as a Senior Operation Research Analyst at Global TPA and an Operation Research Analyst at Freedom Health, where significant achievements involved automating vendor materials, improving processes, and overseeing training and reporting projects.
