Mohamed Khan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Mohamed started their career in 2000 at Best Buy, where they held roles in computer sales, customer relations, and technical support. From 2001 to 2005, they worked at Gage Technology Group, specializing in technical support and IT operations. In 2005, they joined Precise Air HVAC, where they performed accounts payable, data entry, and design tasks until 2008. In 2011, they transitioned to Shark Eyes, Inc. as a business intelligence developer, holding this position until 2018. In 2018, they joined HealthAxis Group as a database developer and later took on roles as a lead database developer, ETL development manager, and currently serves as the Director of Data Solutions.

Mohamed Khan pursued their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in UX Design from The University of Texas at Dallas between 2008 and 2011. In addition to their undergraduate education, they obtained several certifications over the years. In 2016, Mohamed acquired a certification in Developing BI/EDW Applications with Microsoft SQL Server from Colaberry School Of Data Analytics. Two years later, in 2018, they received the Analyzing and Visualizing Data with Power BI certification from edX and the Microsoft Certified Professional SQL Server 2012/2014 certification from Microsoft. Most recently, in 2021 and 2022, Mohamed earned the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certifications, respectively, from the Scrum Alliance.
