Nicole Harra

Nicole Harra is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and people operations, currently serving as a Sr. People Success Partner at HealthAxis Group since December 2020, supporting over 200 remote team members. Prior roles include Strategic People Partner and Senior Human Resources Generalist at Affinitiv Inc, where contributions focused on data-driven marketing solutions for the automotive sector. Nicole’s earlier experiences range from HR roles at San Diego Mission Bay Resort and Skyline IT Services to positions involving team leadership and administration in the hospitality and food service sectors. Nicole holds an M.B.A. in Human Resources Management from Northcentral University and a BASc in Food Science and Nutrition from Central Washington University.
