Ron Zika is an experienced Chief Technology Officer with a diverse work background. Ron started their career at Novell as a Developer in 1986 before moving on to Wordlink as a Systems Engineer, where they were responsible for hardware infrastructure solution design and field service. Ron then joined Mallinckrodt as a Systems Integration Specialist, where they acted as an internal consultant bridging business functions and IT capabilities. In 1999, they became the Chief Technology Officer at Mobilelynx, where they played a crucial role in solution architecture, pre-sales, and business plan development. Ron also allocated a significant portion of their time to venture capital fundraising. In 1995, Ron became the Managing Partner at Waypoint, Inc., and most recently, in 2020, they joined Healthbridge Complex Care + Rehabilitation as their Chief Technology Officer.
