Maya Rosloniec, PMP, MBA

VP of Program Development at HealthBridge

Maya Rosloniec, PMP, MBA has extensive experience in program development, portfolio management, project management, and business analysis. Maya began their career in 1994 as an Assistant Buyer for Marshall Field's. In 1996, they moved to Gart Sports as an Inventory Analyst and EDI Coordinator, where they implemented Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) for 40% of purchases. In 1999, they joined Deloitte Consulting as a Senior Consultant, where they conducted engagements to define system requirements and analyze current business practices for consumer products and manufacturing clients.

In 2002, they took on a temporary assignment at RTI Surgical as an Interim Manager and Project Manager. From 2005 to 2013, they worked at Spectrum Health in various roles, including Program Director, Portfolio Manager, and Senior Project Manager. In 2008, they also served as Sponsorship Director for PMI Western Michigan.

In 2018, Maya joined HealthBridge as the Director of Program Development, where they were responsible for leading the development and rollout of client service programs. Maya was later promoted to Vice President of Program Development, where they oversaw portfolios of client service programs, contributed to product development strategy, and managed marketing and communications.

Maya Rosloniec's education history includes an MBA from the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business in Operations and Technology (1998-1999), a Course by Michael Porter and Robert Kaplan from Harvard Business School in Redefining Health Care: Creating Value-Based Competition on Results (2014), a BS Business from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business (1990-1994), and a high school diploma from Arapahoe High School in Littleton, Colorado (1986-1990). Her certifications include a Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) Business of Health Care (2020), a LinkedIn Learning Confluence 2018 (2018), a Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) from HFMA (2020), and a Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
