Nicole Osgood

Nicole serves as the Director of Health Information Management Systems (HIMS) and is HealthCall’s subject matter expert in Medicaid and private insurance within both the Private Duty Nursing and ABA benefit. She holds a Bachelors of Science in Health Administration and will receive a Master’s of Science in Health Administration in May 2022. Nicole provides overall leadership to the HIMS Department in regards to billing and coding, accounts receivable, regulatory compliance, and managing the coordination and flow of client documentation. She works to foster a department that is built on positivity, teamwork, and an eagerness to learn. Nicole is extremely passionate about her role in the organization and is a fierce and effective advocate for clients.
