Judy Hoff

Judy Hoff, Founder and CEO, used her experience as a nurse educator to build a successful business developing learning packages for nurses and other healthcare staff roles. That’s when she had the initial vision for the Healthcare Academy (HCA) online education platform. She wanted to give customers a way to access that same high-quality, self-paced learning she was developing and know they were always accessing the most updated content through an online platform. The idea that sparked also gave her the opportunity to work with her husband Ron, who had a computer science background, to make the vision come to life.
