Marco Jacome began their work experience in 1984 as a Program Director at Healthcare Alternative Systems, Inc. In 1987, they moved on to become an Associate Executive Director at the same company until 1992 when they were promoted to CEO. Concurrently, they worked as a Director of Adult Technical Training (part-time) at Evanston Township High School from 1987 to 1993.
