Carmen Nollet

Carmen Nollet is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project and program management within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as HBA champion for 2023-2024 and HBA ambassador for 2022-2023 at the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association, Carmen is also a Pharma development program manager at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson since February 2022. Prior roles include Global Program Manager and Global Project Manager at Johnson & Johnson, Project Engineer at Pfizer, and Validation Engineer at Alcon. Carmen's academic background includes a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering Biochemistry and a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering Chemistry - Biochemistry from the University of Antwerp. Notable research experience includes a PhD focused on genome-wide analysis of yeast stress response under microgravity conditions, conducted at both VIB - KULeuven and the European Space Agency.
