Currently serving as the Director of Marketing & Communications at the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association as a volunteer role, with previous experience as a Senior Scientist at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson, Senior R & D Scientist at Hygiena, and Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Delaware. Litt holds a Ph.D. in Food Science from Oklahoma State University and has a strong background in conducting field studies, developing diagnostic assays, and collaborating with government agencies on regulatory guidelines.
