Carly Currie

Carly Currie is an experienced talent acquisition and human resources professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Interim TA Lead at Healthcare Australia, Carly contributes to the establishment of a new Primary Health Service function and Virtual Care Centre. Previous positions include Head of Talent Inclusion and Engagement at Amplar Health, where Carly focused on improving healthcare experiences, and Talent Acquisition Manager at Major Road Projects Victoria, leading operational excellence initiatives. Prior roles at Telstra Health involved managing recruitment and acting as an HR Business Partner, while earlier experiences included significant recruitment leadership roles at BHP Billiton, Deloitte, and various recruitment agencies. Carly holds a Bachelor of Science (Behavioural) degree from Monash University.
