Claire Benfield

Claire Benfield is an experienced medical workforce solutions consultant and recruitment manager with a comprehensive background in healthcare staffing and community care. Currently serving as a Medical Workforce Solutions Consultant at Medic Oncall by Healthcare Australia since March 2017, Claire has also held the position of National Manager for Rural and Remote Community Care and Branch Manager at Healthcare Australia since June 2015. Prior to these roles, Claire managed branches and developed teams at Randstad Care, Clinical One, and Nurseworldwide, starting as a recruitment consultant. Claire earned a Bachelor of Nursing degree from Queensland University of Technology between 2001 and 2003, equipping a strong foundation for a career dedicated to supporting healthcare organizations and addressing staffing needs in the sector.
