John Westcott

John Westcott is an experienced operations leader in the healthcare and customer service sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Team Leader for After Hours Operations at Healthcare Australia since August 2021, John has progressively advanced through various roles, including After Hours Manager and Operations Team Leader, where responsibilities include managing a national team and implementing performance improvements. Prior to this, John worked at PGi from September 2013 to April 2021, holding several positions such as Senior Customer Success Manager and Regional Service Manager, focusing on service delivery and customer relationship management. John's early experience includes serving in the British Army as an Infantry and House Steward, where event organization and staff supervision were key duties, alongside a role at Verizon Conferencing as a Conferencing Consultant.
