James has played a vital role in developing the company’s first machine learning tool and managing significant data refreshes for HCBB products. Prior to this, James worked as a Data Analyst in Market Analytics, where responsibilities included analyzing claims data and implementing services for the Florida Department of Management Services. James's background also includes training in data science at Nashville Software School and experience at Bernard Health in various roles, enhancing client success and patient advisory services. James holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from The University of the South and has a strong foundation in data analytics and engineering.
