Lebert Dwyer is an experienced operations and service delivery leader currently serving as the Head of Service Delivery at Healthcare Central London since February 2024. In this role, Lebert oversees a team of five Service/Operations Managers responsible for various services, including eHub PATCHS and community dermatology services. Prior to this, Lebert was the Operations Manager (UK) at eMed Healthcare UK from January 2019, following the acquisition of Babylon Healthcare. Lebert's career also includes significant achievements at Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust, where the team secured the 'John Lewis Customer Excellence' award, and at Practice Plus Group, contributing to an 'Innovation' award at the Care UK’s HealthCare Awards. Earlier experience includes a project coordination role at Kala Phool and a risk analyst position at American Express. Education includes attendance at Sedgehill Secondary School and Hillsyde Sixth Form.

Healthcare Central London is a federation of 33 General Practices in Westminster caring for more than 276,000 registered patients. We provide community and primary care services to our local residents in addition to a wide range of staffing, management and administrative support to our Practices. We work closely with our Primary Care Networks, local NHS commissioners, local authorities, charities, and NHS providers in order to develop and implement an Integrated Care System (ICS). By coordinating health and social care in this way, we believe we can help people stay well and live healthier lives for longer.
