Jerry Quinn

Jerry Quinn is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in leading enterprise applications and technology strategy across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Technology at HCM: Healthcare Chaos Management since May 2025, Jerry previously held various leadership roles at OneAmerica Financial from October 2012 to June 2025, including Managing Director of Enterprise Applications Development and Support, where responsibilities included overseeing global vendors and ensuring system stability. With a strong focus on governance, delivery success, and transformation in applications, data, and mobile technologies, Jerry has successfully built best practices and established metrics to enhance project outcomes. Prior experience includes significant roles at Shenandoah Life Insurance Company, Skywire Software, Atlantic Mutual Companies, and Bassett Furniture Industries. Jerry holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Roanoke College.
