Byron Sanchez McNew

Byron Sanchez McNew is currently serving as Sr. Director of Operations at Healthcare.com since September 2018, where Byron designed and led the development of data science enhanced programs and call prioritization technologies. Prior to this, Byron worked as an Educational Informatics Researcher at Tohoku University and a Senior Java Programmer at iguama. Byron also held positions at Xerox and e-Solutions S.A. focusing on system development and CRM-related projects. Byron holds a Master's degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Tohoku University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Universidad Rafael Landívar.
