Duncan Cox

Duncan Cox is an experienced professional with a diverse background in education, media, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Story Guide at Story Tables since January 2025, Duncan facilitates tabletop role-playing games for children, focusing on social and emotional development through collaborative storytelling. As Vice President of Business Development and Community Director at the Learning Economy Foundation since December 2018, Duncan supports initiatives aimed at enhancing educational outcomes. Additionally, contributions to Diplomatic Courier connect global audiences with leaders in various fields. As Co-Founder of Open Mind Gaming, LLP, Duncan develops interactive software alongside a partner. Previous roles include Production Lead at the Virtual Athletics League, Assistant Language Teacher in Japan, AJET Connect Magazine Contributor, Production Intern at TWIG Media Lab, Director of Food Entrepreneurship at the Lassonde Entrepreneur Institute, and The Party Team Lead at the University of Utah College of Fine Arts. Duncan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Film & Media Arts from the University of Utah and has studied at Kansai Gaidai University.
